It is measured by the people who become stronger because someone chose to support them.
ABOUT THE BOOK
THE WIN-WIN CIRCLE
The Art of Women Building Women
A Book About Changing the Way We Rise
In a world that often celebrates individual success, The WIN-WIN Circle offers a refreshing reminder that true growth becomes more powerful when people choose to lift one another. Through thoughtful reflections, inspiring stories and practical insights, the book explores the transformative power of women supporting women through:
- Encouragement
- Mentorship
- Collaboration
- Kindness
- Authentic
- Connection
- Genuine
- Celebration
Rather than viewing success as a limited resource, the book invites readers to embrace an abundance mindset—one where another woman’s success does not diminish their own possibility. Instead, it can become proof of what is possible.
FROM ME TO WE
A New Perspective on Success
The WIN-WIN Circle encourages readers to move from ME to WE.
It asks an important question:
What if another woman’s success wasn’t something to compete with—but something to celebrate?
The book encourages women to create relationships and communities where people can grow without comparison, lead without isolation and succeed without leaving others behind.
It is about opening doors.
Making introductions.
Sharing knowledge.
Offering encouragement.
Celebrating achievements.
Creating opportunities.
And sometimes, simply telling another woman:
“I see you. Keep going.”

THE BELIEF BEHIND THE BOOK
Why Divya Wrote The WIN-WIN Circle
“I wanted to write about a kind of success that feels meaningful not only when we achieve it, but when we share it.”
Divya Anand believes there is extraordinary power in women genuinely championing women—creating space for one another to grow, be seen and succeed without comparison or competition.
The WIN-WIN Circle grew from that belief.
The book is her invitation to create communities where encouragement replaces judgment, collaboration replaces rivalry and another person’s success becomes a reason to celebrate. If one person makes an introduction, opens a door, celebrates another woman’s success, or simply says, “I see you. Keep going,” the circle has already grown.
